Tasting Notes

Pale gold with small fine bubbles. A rich and elegant nose with powerful fresh fruits aromas; a touch of biscuits, figs and spices. The palate is fresh, well balanced with hints of lemon fruits.

Serving advice

Serve between 8°C and 10°C. Excellent as an aperitif. The perfect food match is with oysters, high-quality cold cuts, and Parseman cheese.
