Tasting Notes

A slightly amber colour and a fine silky mousse. Beautiful yellow fruit character on the nose with notes of cherry, plum and apricot. Rich in the mouth with powerful fruit cake and dried fruit finish.

Serving advice

Serve at 9°C. While being a perfect dessert wine, this wine is also enjoyable on its own, with cheese, biscuits or asian food.
